Creating an exchange listing is free, with no mandatory social-media package. The application supports photos, an AI description assistant and indicative price research. Review any suggested text before using it. Matching, timing and transaction completion are not guaranteed. The application and marketplace interface are currently in Turkish.
Provide the actual location, current photographs and relevant specifications. For a boat, include make, model, year, length, engine details, hours, maintenance and flag. For a vehicle, include the exact version, mileage, fuel, transmission and known damage. For property, distinguish net and gross floor area and describe its age and current use.
State whether you want an even exchange, can add cash or expect to receive a cash difference. A boat in Bodrum can receive an eligible property offer from Istanbul; the two asset locations do not need to match. This is an eligibility example, not a completed transaction.

Compare similar properties in the same neighbourhood, vehicles with the same version and similar mileage, and boats with comparable year, condition and equipment.
